In order to fulfill the Plan vision, it is critical to understand where the existing airport system currently stands and in which direction it needs to be steered. To achieve this, a structured planning mechanism is must, not only to define the present airport system but also to measure the exerts for its upgradation. For the establishment of developed Integrated Aviation Mechanism the airports system goals aside were identified to provide the required structured planning by which the requisite standard airport system could be ascertained, and must be ensured that it must reach to its ultimate destination. Owing to this, the Six Goals defined to steer the development in right directions are;

- Facilities and services sufficient to maintain the airport operations for current and future requirements

- Integration with other modes of transportation for public facilitation

MISSION

Promote Aviation throughout the State, while establishing an efficient, Integrated Airport System that will encourage and enhance Aviation Safety, Public Service, Economic Development, and environmentally balanced ecosystem.

Seamless aviation transportation to all parts of the entire states in the country.
To develop airfields /airports/ heliports in Haryana State.
To facilitate to upgrade of the existing airports for the category of international Hub.
Employment generation through training schools of Pilots, stewards, air hostesses etc.
